Halfway Halftime Show

Fortunately or unfortunately, this is exactly what the title sounds like. Near the halfway point of the race (at the corner of Flatbush and Atlantic Avenues), our partner Oatly has drummed up a Halftime Show of unhinged entertainment fanfare to celebrate every runner’s race progress and Oatly’s lower climate impact message, as well as to cheer runners on through the race’s 2nd half.

Better Halfs Coffee Station

Also close to the halfway point of the race, Oatly will be serving free cold brew with Oatly Barista to the runners’ “better halfs” (read: spectators). So tell your friends, family, and random people you bump into at the grocery store. It’s FREE.

Other Fun Sports To Watch From

Williamsburg Bridge Area - Take the J or M trains to Marcy Avenue and walk west for some great views.

Dumbo – Ride the F train to York Avenue and take in the cobblestone vibe.

Cadman Plaza - Take the 2/3/4/5/R trains to Court Street/Borough Hall and hang out in front of Brooklyn Borough Hall.

Grand Army Plaza / Eastern Parkway – Your supporters can see you twice here, then head over to the Festival Area and meet you after the race. Take the 2/3 trains to Brooklyn Museum.

Finish Line Viewing Area Access

Only Finish Line Viewing Area Access Pass holders can be in the Finish Line Viewing Area. Finish Line Viewing Area Access Pass holders will enter from Well House Drive, following the directional signage up the path towards the Nethermead/Festival Area. The Finish Line Viewing Area entrance will be at the top of the path on the left when walking up from Well House Drive. The Finish Line will be across the field on Center Drive.
